A Gourmet Tribute to the Jeûne genevois - Take Away
September 8 to 14, 2025The Jeûne genevois will be celebrated on Thursday, September 11, 2025. On this occasion, our Pastry Chef Kevin Ollivier has created a refined plum tart inspired by traditional recipes. Available to order from September 8 to 14, it is designed to share (serves 4–5 people) and priced at CHF 49.-.
Composition: almond cream, roasted plums, fresh prunes, plum confit, and a hint of cinnamon - a delicate tribute to Geneva’s culinary heritage.
