Springtime Easter Egg by Chef Kevin Ollivier
Our Executive Pastry Chef, Kevin Ollivier, was inspired by the renaissance of the Beau-Rivage, which is currently undergoing a key phase of transformation.
His Easter egg represents this metamorphosis through a broken and layered white chocolate shell, symbolizing the ongoing renovations. Inside this fractured structure lies an intact egg, embodying the rebirth and renewal of the iconic Beau-Rivage.
The egg features a dark chocolate shell (Orfevre 70%) with a layered white chocolate and pastel blue coating. Inside, you’ll find a hazelnut praline, milk chocolate friture, and dark chocolate.
