Our internship opportunities are exclusively available to students enrolled in a Swiss hospitality school or in a recognized partner institution operating under an internship agreement compliant with the provisions of the Swiss National Collective Labour Agreement for the Hospitality and Catering Industry (L-GAV / CCNT).

Following the birth of my son, Marceau, I transitioned to the Breakfast and Bar teams before joining the Groups & Events department in 2022. Thanks to the growth opportunities offered by the House, I now hold the position of Groups & Events Manager. In 2023, an opportunity took me to Muni Kyoto in Japan for a temporary assignment, before family reasons brought me back to Beau-Rivage, this time as Executive Sous-Chef. Today, I continue my ascent in this exceptional establishment, marked by successes in culinary competitions."
