Yule log
To take awayElevate your festive dinners with a touch of magic through the elegant "Bûchelette", a signature creation by our Pastry Chef Kevin Ollivier.
Inspired by the iconic Mont-Blanc dessert and the elegant design of a chocolate bar, this yule log offers a refined and imaginative interpretation of classic festive flavors.
This exquisite dessert combines a crisp meringue base, a vibrant blueberry core, luscious marron pieces, a delicately perfumed Papua vanilla mousse, a soft chestnut sponge, and an intense chocolate crémeux.
- For 6 to 8 individuals, CHF 90, ordering is required minimum 24 hours in advance.
